Board of Directors

	Joseph Hamilton P.Geo, CFA, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Hamilton is a Professional Geologist with over 14 years of mineral exploration experience in addition to over seven years as a mining analyst in the investment industry and three years experience in mining development. He was previously the Interim co-CEO at Noront Resources and the Chief Executive Officer of African Copper plc between 2005 and 2008. Mr. Hamilton is currently the Chairman of Noront Resources Ltd., a director of Mirabela Nickel Limited, a director of Malbex Resources Inc. and a director of GA Capital Corp. In addition to being a P.Geo. in Ontario, Mr. Hamilton is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
	Dr. Talal Ali Al Shair, Director Dr. Al Shair has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, an MBA and a PhD. in International Business. He is a member of the BOD of NIC, SAFRA Co. Ltd. and also the Chairman of The National Titanium Dioxide Co. Ltd. (CRISTAL), Saudi Union Co. Almasane Alkobra Mining Co. and the Yanbu Chamber Of Commerce.
	Mr. Andrew Cheatle, P.Geo., MBA, ARSM, President, Chief Executive Officer, Director Mr. Cheatle is a Professional Geoscientist with over 25 years of mineral extraction, development, consulting, and exploration experience in the gold sector with senior and junior mining companies and an international consultancy. He has previously held numerous senior management positions with Anglo American Corporation and JCI Limited. As Chief Geologist with Goldcorp Inc./Placer Dome Inc he successfully led a team that significantly expanded the Musselwhite Mine's mineral reserves and resources leading to strategic mine development and expansion. Recently, Mr. Cheatle has held senior and executive positions in the junior gold exploration sector and as a Principal Geologist with AMEC plc. Mr. Cheatle holds a MBA from Capella University (USA) and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, University of London. He is also a Councillor and member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
	Daniel Danis, M.Sc., Director Mr. Danis has a BSc in earth sciences with specialization in geology and a M.Sc. in earth science with specialization in geochemistry from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM). Mr. Danis was VP Exploration for Minorca Resources, Vogue Resources and Unigold Resources and has more than 20 years of exploration experience. Mr. Danis previously served as President and CEO of the Company until October, 2011.
	Joseph Del Campo CMA, Director Mr. Del Campo is Chief Financial Officer for First Nickel Inc. He began his career with Falconbridge Limited and spent over 19 years working within the Falconbridge group of complanies at progressive financial positions, including Controller and Treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana, a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic; and Falconbridge Gold Corporation, a gold mining company with operating mines in Africa and Timmins, Ontario. Over the past 13 years, Joseph has been a Director and Vice President, Finance and CFO of a number of junior exploration companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange.
	René Branchaud, Director Mr. Branchaud holds an LLB from Université Laval. He has been a lawyer since 1983 and is a partner of the law firm Lavery, de Billy, LLP. He specializes in corporate and securities law and is currently director of various public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange.
	Charles Page M.Sc., P.Geo, Director In addition to being a Professional Geologist, Mr. Page has acted as senior officer, director and CEO for several publicly traded junior resources companies and currently is President and CEO of Queenston Mining Inc. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Page has developed, organized and implemented major exploration projects in several mining camps in Canada and in the Republic of Cuba. He is familiar with all aspects of exploration from grass-roots projects to feasibility studies, production and mine closure. His primary geological expertise is in Precambrian gold and base metal, epithermal gold, porphyry copper-gold and disseminated gold deposits. He is also a director of Thundermin Resources Inc. and Alexandria Minerals Corporation.
	Jose Acero, Director Mr. Acero has 20 years of experience as metal trader. He holds a business degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña.

John Green, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Green has 30 years of experience working with both producing and exploration and development stage companies in the mining sector. Mr. Green has worked with Falconbridge Limited, Lac Minerals Limited, AfriOre Limited, Platexco Inc., and Intrepid Minerals Ltd. in a variety of roles including CFO and Director. For the last seven years, as Controller of High River Gold Mines Ltd., he has been closely involved with the financing and construction of two new open-pit gold mines. Mr. Green has a MBA in finance and is a member of the Society of Management Accountants.
